About Caroline
Caroline’s experience includes roles at large, global organizations in the US, EU and UK along with senior leadership positions managing digital businesses for high-growth PE-backed brands.
She brings a unique mix of commercial know-how, analytical thinking, brand-savvy and digital innovation together with in-depth knowledge of prestige beauty and luxury goods.
Most recently SVP of Direct-to-Consumer at Supergoop!, Caroline was part of the leadership team that sold a majority stake to Blackstone. During her tenure, she led the brand's digital transformation and significant online channel growth, responsible for e-commerce, digital marketing, paid media, CRM, loyalty and customer experience for the fast-growing, category-creating SPF beauty brand.
Prior to Supergoop! she was Vice President of Digital at ready-to-wear brand Veronica Beard where she built the e-commerce business and digital strategy during a critical growth phase for the brand.
Her career began working for start-ups, followed by senior digital positions at Alexander McQueen in London and CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty in New York.
Caroline holds an MBA in Luxury Brand Management from École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris where she graduated Major de Promotion (valedictorian), and a BA from Georgetown University.
