About Caroline
Caroline brings extensive experience from global organizations across the US, EU and UK, along with senior leadership roles managing digital businesses for high-growth, PE-backed brands. She combines commercial expertise, analytical thinking, brand savvy and digital innovation with deep knowledge of prestige beauty and luxury goods.
Most recently, Caroline served as SVP of Digital at American luxury fashion brand Khaite, where she optimized the brand's digital ecosystem and spearheaded the relaunch of Khaite.com. Prior to Khaite, she was SVP of Direct-to-Consumer at Supergoop!, where she served on the leadership team that sold a majority stake to Blackstone and led the fast-growing, category-creating SPF beauty brand's digital transformation.
Her senior leadership experience began at ready-to-wear brand Veronica Beard, where as VP of Digital she established the brand's e-commerce business and digital strategy during a critical growth phase.
Caroline's career started at start-ups, followed by senior roles at Alexander McQueen in London and CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty in New York.
She holds an MBA in Luxury Brand Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris, where she graduated Major de Promotion (valedictorian), and a BA from Georgetown University.
